Who we are
Where vision care meets workplace safety
Vision Performance Inc. started with a question that didn't have a clean answer. Why are the people whose work depends most on their eyes, like pipeliners, machinists, drivers, drafters and anyone spending twelve hours a day at a screen, so often the ones whose eyewear is an afterthought?
Eye care has lived in the clinic. Workplace safety has lived in the HSE office. The eyewear and habits workers depend on every day belong to both worlds, yet they're rarely designed with both in mind. We started this company to close that gap.
That work led us into software. Running occupational programs well takes systems built for real safety and clinical workflows, so we built them. Two of those systems are now products in their own right.

Help employers protect and support how their people see at work, with advice that draws on both eye care and occupational safety, delivered where people work and run on technology that holds up.
